Zoo/ River Safari/ Chillax Massage Cafe

Woke up bright and early at 0830h on Wednesday for our trip to the zoo and river safari!

We had an unsatisfying and expensive breakfast at the zoo.

What a cute little pau!

We saw Kai Kai who was sleeping really soundly. Jia Jia refused to come out because she's just shy like that but fret not! We saw her through a CCTV which is installed in her den (that really looks like a prison cell). Anyway both pandas are leading better lives than most of us in their $8 million air-conditioned enclosure.

We were done at about 1400h, and headed over to Chillax Massage Cafe at Serangoon Garden for some food, beer, and wine.

They paled in comparison to TCS' portobello mushroom fries.

Their truffle fries were really yummy! I couldn't get enough... so we ordered another one. I felt so guilty but damn were they goooood.

Hey, I think you should go at the end of the year because there's this part called the wild amazonian which is not available yet. It will only be up later this year. :) And anyway it's also the school holidays now and there are many kids around!!
